Click & Collect

Collect your order directly from the Memorial Shop at the Australian War Memorial. It's free, simple, and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

• Allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared.
• When your order is ready to collect, you'll receive a collection notification to the nominated email address.

• When collecting your order, bring a copy of your order confirmation and photo ID.
• Want to nominate another person to collect your order? Please contact us at memorial.shop@awm.gov.au. The nominated person will need to bring a copy of the email confirmation and their photo ID.

• Orders are collected from the Memorial Shop, located at the Australian War Memorial.
• The Memorial Shop is open daily from 10.00 am to 4.30 pm.

• Orders are held for a 14-day period after notification of the order being ready for collection.
• After 14 days, the order may be returned to stock and refunded.
