Promotional Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to any retail sale, discount, clearance, or promotional offer (“Promotion”) conducted by the Memorial Shop, whether in-store, online, or both.

Items included in a Promotion will be clearly marked on the relevant sales channel.

• Promotional prices apply only to products identified as part of the Promotion.
• No further discounts (including staff or member discounts) apply.
• Promotional pricing cannot be applied to past or future purchases outside of the Promotional period.

• Promotional stock is limited and available while supplies last.
• No holds, rainchecks, pre-orders, or backorders apply to discounted items.
• The Memorial Shop may adjust or withdraw promotional
  items at any time.

• All promotional and sale item purchases are final.
• Change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for discounted items.
• Customer rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including coverage for faulty goods, still apply.

Unless specifically included in the Promotion, the following items are excluded:

• Gift cards or vouchers.
• Donations or charitable products.
• Limited editions or restricted products.
• Products subject to external pricing restrictions.

• The Memorial Shop takes reasonable care to ensure all promotional pricing, ticketing and signage is accurate.
• If a pricing or ticketing error is identified, The Memorial Shop may correct the error before the transaction is completed,
  including adjusting or removing the item from sale.
• The Memorial Shop is not obligated to honour pricing that is clearly incorrect due to human or system error.
• All corrections will be made promptly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

• Shipping fees apply to online purchases.
• Sale pricing does not include delivery costs.
• The Memorial Shop is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

• The Memorial Shop may modify, suspend, or cancel a Promotion at any time due to operational needs, stock limitations, or events outside of its control.
• The Memorial Shop is not liable for system outages, technical issues, or third-party disruptions that affect the Promotion.

Purchasing promotional items – whether in-store or online – constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
