Due to recent changes to international shipping to the United States, additional duties and taxes will be charged (payable by the customer).

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. The Memorial Shop cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Once your order has been dispatched, delays or mishandling by the carrier are outside of our control. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at memorial.shop@awm.gov.au and we will assist you.

• All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.
• Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and depend on the size, weight, and delivery location of the order.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days of purchase.
• Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery (remote and regional areas may take longer).
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to your nominated email address.
• In some cases, we may need to arrange a courier service. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you directly before dispatch.

• These items may be shipped directly from the supplier rather than the Memorial.
• If your order containers items fulfilled by both the Memorial and a supplier, it may be sent in multiple parcels.
• Shipping charges may apply to each parcel, as costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and origin of each item.
• Delivery timeframes for drop-shipped items may vary depending on the fulfilment partner.
