The Australian War Animal Memorial Organisation (AWAMO) is a not-for-profit organisation, run by volunteers, who are dedicated to commemorating and supporting all animals in war. Learn more about AWAMO here.

To commemorate the deeds and sacrifices of all animals in war, the Australian War Animal Memorial Organisation (AWAMO) has issued a dual purple and red poppy, recognising the shared service of humans and animals.

The lapel pin is made from a silvertone metal, with a purple and red poppy side-by-side, resting atop a stylised silver ribbon which is embossed with the words "We serve together". The pin attaches to your lapel with a magnet.
