This cloth patch commemorates the Korean conflict, 1950-53. The patch features two Australian aircraft flying over a map of Korea - North Korea depicted in red featuring symbols representing China and North Korea, with South Korea depicted in blue with the UN emblem. Black lettering encircles the aircraft, reading A65-071 / RAAF C47-B / Australian War Memorial / Heritage Dakota. 

The oval-shaped patch is fully embroidered and can be affixed to most fabrics thanks to the heat-activated ("iron-on") adhesive on the reverse side.
